We provide the following services:

Consultation: During the consultation, we listen to the parents and identify their causes for concerns and get the chance to meet and know the child.
Full Psycho-Educational Evaluation: Every individual is unique, with their own set of strengths and challenges. When it comes to education, understanding these nuances is crucial for unlocking true potential. That's where Psycho-Educational Evaluations come into play. These comprehensive evaluations offer invaluable insights into a person's cognitive abilities, learning style, and emotional well-being, enabling tailoured strategies for success.
Psychological Assessment: Some of our clients or parents request a psychological assessment for them or for their children. We offer a range of psychological assessments that might be geared towards identifying issues with Attention regulation, General Cognitive Abilities, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, Asperger and other related psychological challenges that impact their learning.
Diagnostic Achievement Tests: We offer diagnostic placement tests in both English and Arabic that are both criterion and norm referenced to identify and place everyone according to their grade and peer level and as mandated by the curriculum or the norms used. This service is particularly useful before an intervention programme is prescribed so that we can have a pre-test before initiating the intervention programme against which we can have a benchmark for progress monitoring.

Solutions our Centre provides

We offer several intensive intervention therapeutic programmes in both English and Arabic for children and adolescents who are suffering from reading, writing and related language disorders. Our intervention programmes are Orton-Gillingham based. Our programmes are particularly suited for individuals with dyslexia but can help everyone and are very useful for individuals with reading and writing challenges.
We also offer an intensive cognitive brain training programme called Brainrx© We are a BrainRx Licensed Franchise Centre in Cairo, Egypt. The programme is well established worldwide with many licensees inside and outside the US. The programme focuses on enhancing 7 key cognitive areas which are: Long and working memory, auditory and visual processing abilities as well as speed of processing abilities, logic and reasoning, attention span and English word attack skills. The programme utilizes a one-to-one intensive drilling sessions in addition to a digital training component and has a pre and a post-test to monitor progress.
To support parents and their children cope with the day-to-day challenges of living with dyslexia and related learning disorders, we offer programmes for individuals or parents which are Life Skills or Life Coaching. Such programmes tend to be shorter in length and focus on practical tips and strategies on how to cope with change and stress and how to learn the necessary life skills to adapt to their environmental stressors.

The Arabic Online Dyslexia Screener

The Arabic Online Dyslexia Screener aims to screen for dyslexia through the online administration of 7 sub-tests. The screener provides a Dyslexia At Risk Indicator and a severity index. In case there is a risk of dyslexia, the screener will confirm it and estimates its severity. The screener is useful in providing quick and easy indicator for parents at home or educators at schools who can take quick decisions to monitor the performance of students at risk and intervene early when necessary.

The Arabic dyslexia online screener produces an instant report that can be saved and shared about the performance of the child in both Arabic and English and can therefore be utilized by schools in their admission process and in their progress monitoring efforts to follow up with those who need help and support in their Arabic reading.
